Arua Hill sign ex-Maroons defender 𝐍𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐥a as a free agent 

Arua Hill SC have completed the signing of former Maroons FC and Busoga United FC defender, Nelson Mandela on a one-year deal.

The 25-year-old has strengthened Mbabazi’s defensive options at ‘The Kongolo’ after the departures of skipper Toha Rashid and partner Bright Vuni who had established themselves at the Arua based side.

Arua Hill have seen a massive exodus at the club with Lematia Adams, the club PRO confirming that many players will depart because the club lacks fund to keep them.

“”This next Arua Hill is strategic,” he stated. “We shall be with players who fall under our budget. There are players who the coach knows will accept to play under crisis & such players are likely to remain but players who’ll demand a lot of money won’t stay.”

Mandela is the club’s second signing of the transfer window after the announcement of 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐎𝐤𝐮𝐦𝐮 from Onduparaka Fc yesterday.
