Atletico Madrid secured a late winner against Osasuna to remain top of the table.

Two late goals from Renan Lodi and Luis Suarez sealed a comeback for Athleti.

The win took Atletico on to 83 points after 37 games, two ahead of second-placed Real Madrid.

Earlier on Sunday, Real Madrid earned a 1-0 victory away at San Mames against Athletic club courtesy of defender Nacho Fernandez second half goal.

The Spanish La Liga champions will now be determined on the last day of match day between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid as Barcelona left the race. A 3-3 draw with Levante, and 2-1 home defeat to Celta Vigo officially ended Catalan’s hopes.

Atletico Madrid will visit Real Valladolid on the final day of the season next Sunday while Real Madrid host Villarreal.
