KCCA FC Vs Arua Hill SC: Team news, match previews and stats ahead of today’s league game.

KCCA FC continues their 14th title chase today when they host Arua Hill SC in Match Day 25 of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League at Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.

KCCA FC are 2nd on the table at 45 points, seven points behind table leaders Vipers at 52 points after 22 league games while today’s visitors are 6th at 39 points after 24 games.

Davis Kasirye solitary goal separated the two sides when they met last November in Arua in their reverse fixture.

The Kasasiro boys have won twice and drawn thrice in their five previous games while The Kongolo boys have one win and four draws in their five previous league games.

KCCA FC’s manager Morley Byekwaso is keen to guide the 13 times league champions to their 13th win in this campaign.

“We need to approach this game with big intent. If the players can exhibit the confidence they had in the previous game against UPDF FC then we can be unplayable.”-Morley Byekwaso during the pre match interview.

“We are taking it one game at a time and what is most important is the immediate game ahead of us.” – He added

Arua Hill SC aim to return back to winning ways after three consecutive draws at Tooro United, URA FC and Gaddafi FC respectively.

“We want to thank God,we travelled as a team yesterday, we’ve settled in well, we had our last training session for tomorrow’s (today)game, everybody looked lively as the boys are set to go tomorrow.” – Arua Hill SC head coach Ceasar Samson during his pre match interview.

“I think every game has it’s own game plan,the last time we lost and this time whatever we didn’t do right in the last meeting, we’ve tried to do a few things to ensure that we have an upper hand to win tomorrow.(today)”- He added.

Kaddu is back in training and he will have to undergo a late fitness test. Juma Ibrahim picked a knock on his back and will miss the game but the rest of the available squad is ready to fight for a win.
