Onduparaka FC 0 – 2 Vipers SC: Manzooki and Karisa on target

StarTimes Uganda Premier League – Champions Vipers SC completed a double over Onduparaka FC after overcoming the hosts 2-0 at Greenlight stadium,m Arua city.

The Venoms took the lead in the 33′ minute through Cesar Manzooki who headed home Hillary Mukundane’s clipped-cross.

Milton Karisa made it 2-0 shortly after the break. The latter played a one-two with Cesar Manzooki who laid him for a sublime strike at the far-right end of Mathias Muwanga.

Manzooki’s half-time header, which increased his tally to 17 goals, extends his chances of securing the top scorer’s award ahead of Onduparaka Fc skipper Muhammad Shaban.

Up next for the Caterpillars is a home fixture against neighbors Arua Hill Sports Club in what has been termed as Arua Derby on Friday 6 April 2022 at Greenlight stadium.

Meanwhile, Vipers SC travels away to FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru to play SC Villa on Saturday 7 May 2022.
