URA FC sign former Arua Hill goalkeeper Rogers Omedwa

URA FC have completed the signing of West Nile Province goalkeeper Rogers Omedwa who featured for Arua Hill SC for two seasons.

The transfer announced on Thursday will see the 27-year-old join SC Villa on a two-year contract.

“I am glad to be here and ready to prove my worth. I thank the club management for the trust they put in me. URA FC is a big club and playing here comes with Alot of responsibility which I am aware of. I know competition I alot but I will work hard to ensure I help the club achieve it’s goals each I get the chance to play.” Omedwa said

Omedwa might replace Ajaib Nafian, who is rumored to be on his way out of the club after many years at the club.

Omedwa was in goal when West Nile Province lost to Busoga Province 4-1 last Sunday.
