Ian of FC Minneapolis is back in training after three months due to an injury.\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Ugandan USA-based footballer, Sendi Ian of F.C Minneapolis in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) who doubles as the club captain was given lights to resume training with his teammates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ugandan attacking midfielder and forward broke his shoulder in a league game against Minneapolis City SC at the Mcknight stadium on the 28th of May 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the 9th of June 2022, Sendi went through an&nbsp;&nbsp;AC Joint Reconstruction Surgery which was successful.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"800\" after Sendi Ian undergoing a successful  surgery <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Around 14th of July, the FC Minneapolis captain started light personal training under supervision of the club doctor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the 26th of August 2022, Sendi received an official club statement letting him know that he is fully recovered and can start training with the rest of his teammates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cI would like to thank everyone at FC Minneapolis for the support, the whole orthopedic stuff, my family &amp; friends,<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>and above all my God for always standing with me through it all so that I am fully back on my feet to do what I do best,\u201d <\/em><\/strong>Sendi said after receiving a letter to allow him to resume
