Thursday<\/strong> – Uganda Cranes have shocked\u00a0Senegal\u00a0with a 1-0 win in their Group B second game at the\u00a0CHAN finals\u00a0after a goal from\u00a0skipper Milton Karisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vipers forward Karisa scored the only goal on the night as the East African nation walked away with all maximum points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uganda set out to get themselves back on track off the back of a share of the spoils in their opening CHAN encounter last time out. Uganda played out a goalless stalemate against the Leopards of Congo DR in the sides’ group-stage meeting at Stade 19 Mai 1956 last Saturday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lions of Teranga, who had a penalty saved by Uganda Cranes custodian Alionzi Nafian,are now level on points (3) with Uganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
