Baghdad Bounedjah is an Algerian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Qatar Stars League<\/a> club Al-Shamal<\/a> and the Algeria national team<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bounedjah is currently the most expensive player at Al-Shamal Sports Club. According to Transfermarkt<\/a>, his current market value is 3 million euros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bounedjah market value in 2020 was around 8 million 50 lakhs euros. From 2011 to present 2024 he has changed 3 clubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bounedjah enjoyed a remarkable football career with Al Sadd spanning nine years, during which he engaged in 231 matches, netted 202 goals, and provided 60 assists since his arrival from Etoile Sahili. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also clinched the league title four times and the Emir\u2019s Cup thrice. Apart from the Bounedjah acquisition, Al Shamal Club have also successfully acquired the services of Sohaib Janan from Al Duhail and Sid Al-Doukkali from Al Ahly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In September 2011, Bounedjah was called by Azzedine A\u00eft Djoudi up to the Algeria under-23 national team. On 4 October 2011, Bounedjah received a surprise call-up to the Algeria national team from Vahid Halilhod\u017ei\u0107 for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Central African Republic, replacing the injured Rafik Djebbour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
