Chelsea are through to the Champions League Final.

Chelsea are through to the final after beating Real Madrid 2-0, thanks to goals from Timo Werner and Mason Mount.

Manchester City were the first team to reach final after PSG, they will take on Chelsea later this month.

Chelsea last reached the UEFA Champions League final in 2012 and they went ahead to win 4-3 on penalties against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena.
