KCCA stay top as top four race heats up

KCCA FC remains top of the table after Vipers failed to pick up maximum points against Express FC.

BUL 1-1 KCCA

Wednesday – KCCA FC came from behind to salvage a point against rivals BUL FC at the FUFA Technical Center, Njeru.

The hosts opened the scoring in the 11th minute through midfielder Vincent Zziwa.

Julius Poloto leveled matters in the second half to keep KCCA at the top of the league table.

Express 0-0 Vipers

The Red Eagles held defending champions Vipers in a goalless draw at Wankulukuku Stadium in the only game that didn’t see a goal.

Both sides couldn’t find the back of the net on either half.

Bright Stars 0-2 Wakiso Giants

Wakiso Giants beat Soltilo Bright Stars 2-0 at Kavumba to force themselves back into the top four. The Purple Sharks were the only team to win a league match yesterday.

Frank Ssebuufu and Shariph Kimbowa scored the two goals for Wakiso Giants.

The Purple Sharks are now level on 24 points with Vipers and BUL.
