The FIBA Zone V Afrobasket Women Qualifiers will officially kickoff today Tuesday 14 February at the MTN Arena Lugogo. The qualifiers will climax on Sunday 19 February.

Egypt, Rwanda, South Sudan, Kenya, and host Uganda are the five countries that will take part in the qualifiers.
The winner of the qualifiers will take the single slot in the 2023 FIBA Women’s AfroBasket.
