AFCON 2023 qualifier top scorers – Victor Osimhen leads on 10 goals

Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen finishes as the top scorer in AFCON 2023 qualifier after racking up ten goals, with Senegal forward Sadio Mane, Central African Republic attacker Louis Mafouta, Zambian forward Scott Patson Daka and Tunisia forward Youssef Msakni following close behind with five apiece.

Osimhen took charge of the race to rank first in the qualifying with three goals against Sao Tome moving him clear of his opposition.

Hosts, Cote d’Ivoire will be leading a strong West African contingent of 11 countries, including holders Senegal, Nigeria, Ghana, Guinea, Burkina Faso among others.
