Mujib Kasule picks FUFA nomination form for Presidency
Mujib Kasule has today picked nomination forms to contest for the Presidency of FUFA in the elections scheduled to take place in August 2021.
Mujib Kasule, who is also the owner of Proline Fc is proposing a professional board to run women football and FUFA Big League. He suggests immediate investment of Shs.500M (Big League) & Shs.300M (Women). He also proposes that Uganda Premier League clubs will get 100M each, and lastly Shs.125M to the eight FUFA regions.
Mujib Kasule became the third candidate to officially announce his bid to race for the FUFA President post. Incumbent Moses Magogo and Makindye West legislator are the other two candidates that announced their intentions too.
Mujib said that he offered himself in the struggle to claim the football glory as there is urgent need to reorganise the game as Uganda Cranes is not the only important structure of football in Uganda.
