The Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon played out a goalless draw with Copper Queens of Zambia to kick-off Group B action in the Total Energies 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

Half-time ended 0-0 as both teams failed to find the back of the net inside 45 minutes at the Mohammed V Stadium.

Cameroon were a better side compared to Zambia having enjoyed 60 percent possession.

The result leaves Cameroon and Zambia on level (1) points. Cameroon and Zambia are in Group B alongside Tunisia and Togo.
