BUL FC eliminate SC Villa to progress to the last 4 of the stanbic Uganda Cup.
2 min readThe game started with a high intensity. In the 1st 10 minutes of the game, BUL FC had the game in its hands unfortunately it failed to convert its chances.
In the 16th minute, Sadam masereka had to put the hosts in the lead after Emmanuel Kalyowa failed to save his thunder of a shot
Three minutes past half an hour mark, Karim ndungwa headed the ball at the back of the net making it 1-1 off George kasoko long ball.
In the 40th minute, George kasonko was cautioned for a foul against sadam Juma.
In the 42rd minute, Aggrey Martin was booked for a serious foul play against masereka.
In the 43rd minute, Ivan wani fouled saddam masereka in the penalty area and a penalty was awarded. Saddam juma failed to convert the penalty as his ball went above the cross bar.
The visitors introduced Ibrahim Nsimbe to replace Ivan wani in the 46th minute.
SC villa’s Agandu Fred was given a yellow card in the 58th minute of the game. Two minutes later, Nicholas kabonge was introduced to replace him.
Six minutes past an hour mark, George Kasonko was given a second yellow card and later sent off after a foul against Sadam masereka.
Salim Abdullah was introduced in the the 81st minute to replace midfielder Amir Kakomo.
The visitors replace goal scorer Karim ndugwa with Ibrahim Kazindula in the 86th minute.
The game ended in a 1-1 draw at full time. And teams were to play Extra time. The visitors continue to play with one man less.
Ibrahim Nsimbe puts the hosts in the lead with a header making it 2-1 from Umar’s beautiful cross in the 107th minute.
Bul FC join the already qualified SC vipers, booma FC in the semi finals.
