German Vipers SC complete a Wakiso derby double against Wakiso Giants.

The venoms got the maximum points today 14th May, 2022 at the Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium, Wakiso as they played against the purple sharks.
In the reverse fixture, Vipers FC won 5-0 at the st Mary’s stadium, kitende courtesy of a quadruple by Yunus Sentamu, Cesar Manzoki,
It only took 13 minutes for young star Bobosi Byaruhanga to put the ball at the back of the net with a strike of a rocket outside the penalty area to put the venoms in the lead.
At a half an hour mark, the Wakiso Giants goalkeeper, Abubaker Yunus made a blunder and the emperor Cesar Manzoki had to double the lead for the visitors.
Two minutes to the hour mark, Moses Aliro had to pull back one for the hosts as a consolation.
The hosts continued pressing hard so as to level the game but all in vain.
The game ended 1-2 in favor of the visitors, Vipers SC.
The venoms broke their own record they set as champions of the 2014/15 season with 68 points. Today’s win pushes them to 72 points with a game to go in the Startimes Uganda premier.
