Kadugala Eyeing a return to Sim Racing

1 min read

After his announcement to hang up his gloves early this year, the former Rab Sports F1 E-Sports driver is looking to make a come back to racing.

Even though it is not known the exact day he will be making a come back. The five time race winner and talented Quali driver has been putting in the work and has completed close to 5,000 laps as he does his best to keep in shape and race sharp

It is yet comfirmed under which banner he will be racing under, as he was replaced by rookie Benjamin Njathi.

We heard from Team Principle Ronald Abaasa about the matter, “both drivers are talented and have proven to be the best fit for us this and the previous seasons, we do not want to have Kadugala back in the seat this early, we are still assessing Njathi, but have our fingers crossed, who knows, Kadugala could still be ours, or maybe he has moved on to a another outfit” said Ronald earlier this week.

With only 6 rounds done this season, it is highly unlikely to see the fan’s favorite back behind the wheel, however, sim racing is as complex as any sport, and we could see him compete this season
