Morocco secured their second win in the Africa Nations Cup 2023 qualifiers after beating Liberia 2-0. Their first win was against South Africa where they came from a one goal down to win 2-1.
The first half came to end with no goals from both the teams at the Stade Mohamed V (Casablanca) in Morocco.
Fajr’s penalty in the 56th minute saw Morocco take the lead.
Just after a minute of play, En Nesyri added the a second of goal of the night with the assist from Ounahi in the 57th minute.

This was Liberia’s first game of the qualifiers with only three teams in the Group K after Zimbabwe was suspended by CAF along side Kenya and Mauritius.
Referee, Moussa M from Nigeria issued a total of five yellow cards thought the whole game with Liberia receiving four yellow cards and Morocco getting one for Aboukhlal Z in the 78th minute.
