Ainsley Maitland Niles was one youngster that got his much requested start and was great in his desired midfield position forming a formidable patnership with Sambi Lakonga as Thomas Partey returned making an immediate impact from the bench with a crucial pass that proved decissive in the buildup to Arsenals first goal of the season.
The Canaries however on the other hand put up a huge fight withholding Arsenals pressure earlier on as the gunners gave it their all having an astonishing 30 shots at goal which shows a much improved gunner side that was helped by several returns from injuries and COVID 19 recoveries and an impressive debut by Takehiro Tomiyasu.
Mike Arteta surely now feels a huge weight lifted from his shoulders as most arsenal supporters are vouching for him to be give more time. His future however now still remains in his hands as he continues with his rebuild at the Emirates with numerous exciting prospects as his right hand man and technical director Edu being a firm believer in Arsenals philosophy.
However this remains to be told , trusting the process for gunners fans remains to be doubted by some as they want to put a firm challenge for the title like their Manchester counterparts.But this win seems to be one of many for this exciting Arsenal side as questions remain to be asked about their consistency.
