Calvary 3-1 Adjumani – Kilama, Erick & Ogenga condemn Akena’s side

Thursday – Calvary FC claimed a comfortable 3-1 win over rivals Adjumani Town Council in the first West Nile Derby in the FUFA Big League on Thursday evening at Midigo Primary School, Yumbe.

Kilama Dickens, Oting Erick, and Owiny Ronald OOgenga were on target for Dudu Bosco’s troops.

After the visitor’s defense went to sleep, forward Kilama opened the scoring with a quick goal in the match’s first minute.

Oting Erick doubled the host’s lead in the 5th minute to put the Midigo side in total control of proceedings.

Owiny Ronald OOgenga made it 3-0 towards the end of half-time. Adjumani pulled one back late in the second half.

Calvary remains 7th on the StarTimes FUFA Big League table with 15 points after 10 match days.

Adjumani slip down to 11th, 4 points behind bottom-placed Soroti City FC.
