Having run down his contract at South Africa DSTV Premiership side SuperSport United, Moses waiswa decided to put pen to paper on a two-year employment contract till the end of the 2023-24 season.
He also played at Vaxjo in Sweden and adds more experience to the Kasasiro Boys side that faced difficulty in creating chances last season.
The midfielder was voted FUFA Player of the Year in 2018, beating off Allan Okello.
He becomes the first official signing for KCCA ahead of next season.

I am to use the experience I have to help the team attain its success it deserves and also to put to me a level I wish to be. Fans should expect a highly professional player dedicated to his work and expect the team to get the results and targets it deserve.” Moses Waiswa said at his official unveiling by the club.
KCCA is set to make other official signings before kickoff of the next season.
