Nile Breweries Uganda Limited, through its flagship brand Nile Special, has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Ugandan rugby in 2025.
Concerns had arisen about the brand’s continued sponsorship after the Uganda Rugby Premiership began two weeks ago without Nile Special’s visible involvement.
However, the brewery has confirmed its dedication to the sport, which extends beyond the league to include major rugby events such as the National Men’s and Women’s 7s, Regional 7s, Uganda Cup, University League, and the Annual Rugby Dinner.

“Whether on the pitch or in the stands, this is our time to shine and revel in the guts, grit, and glory that make rugby and Nile Special truly unforgettable.”
