Sendi Ian of FC Minneapolis is back in training after three months due to an injury.
The Ugandan USA-based footballer, Sendi Ian of F.C Minneapolis in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) who doubles as the club captain was given lights to resume training with his teammates.
The Ugandan attacking midfielder and forward broke his shoulder in a league game against Minneapolis City SC at the Mcknight stadium on the 28th of May 2022.
On the 9th of June 2022, Sendi went through an AC Joint Reconstruction Surgery which was successful.
Around 14th of July, the FC Minneapolis captain started light personal training under supervision of the club doctor.
On the 26th of August 2022, Sendi received an official club statement letting him know that he is fully recovered and can start training with the rest of his teammates.
“I would like to thank everyone at FC Minneapolis for the support, the whole orthopedic stuff, my family & friends, and above all my God for always standing with me through it all so that I am fully back on my feet to do what I do best,” Sendi said after receiving a letter to allow him to resume training.
