The Twenty nine Year of defensive midfielder Pistis Barenge set to leave Mbarara City FC due to expiry of his Contract.
The 29-year-old defensive midfielder joined the Lion’s family in the 2017/18 season on a free transfer from Burundi.
Barenge Pistis scored Mbarara’s very first goal in the Uganda top flight league against Express Fc which also helped them secure their first ever win in the league.
Mbarara City is not yet about to renew his contract with the club but rather let him move on a free transfer.
Mbarara City was relegated to the Big league after finishing the recently concluded season 2nd last with 25 points from the 30 games played.
