Tweeps have reacted lamentably to the new images of Nakivubo war memorial where banners bearing foreign athletes like Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi were spotted above the sitting area.

Despite some of the images feature local stars like Olympic champion Stephen Kiprotich and World champion Joshua Cheptegei, some tweeps singled out the relevance of having banners bearing foreign athletes.
