German Africa Men’s 7s : 22 players summoned ahead of the Olympic 2024 Qualifiers.

With few days left,the Uganda Rugby Union has summoned about 22 players who are set to start preparations ahead of the Africa Men’s Sevens tournament .
The tournament which also serves as the Olympic 2024 Qualifier will take place in Harare ,Zimbabwe on 16th -17th September 2023.
Summoned players;
Ian Munyani (Kobs) , Alex Aturinda (Stanbic Black Pirates), Allan Olango (Rhinos), Mubarak Wandera (Stanbic Black Pirates), Oketayot Byron (Kobs), Timothy Mugisha (Jinja Hippos), Adrian Kasito (Kobs), Aaron Ofoyrworth (Platinum Credit Heathens), Aaron Tukei (Toyota Buffaloes)
William Nkore (Stanbic Black Pirates), Karim Arinaitwe (Kobs), Philip Wokorach (ASBC), Nobert Okeny (Platinum Credit Heathens), Denis Etwau (Jinja Hippos), Mark Osuna (Kobs),

Philip Wokorach who missed out on the World Rugby Sevens Challenger Series 2023 ( South Africa) because of club duties has been summoned. Black Pirates’ Desire Ayera Misses out.
The Africa 7s defending champions will be captained by kobs’ Ian Munyani.
