Chelsea stray further following another draw.

After the Premier league refusing Chelsea’s petition to postpone their match , Thomas Tuchel was only left with six subs instead of seven. On the other hand , Wolves seen to be the most solid defensive side with them proving a tough test for both Manchester City and Liverpool who luckily got the foot over the line.

Chelsea despite all their possession and quality, creation of clear cut opportunities was still a challenge with Coady leading the back of the Wolves defense successfully with his side having a goal disallowed . Chalobah’s injury was a huge blow for Chelsea joining the likes of Lukaku,Timo Werner among others.

Chelsea came back after the half trying to reduce the gap with Liverpool and Manchester City. Christian Pulisic had Chelsea’s best opportunity to break the deadlock only for his clever chip to be saved by Jose Sa . Wolves would however not repeat the same mistake at Liverpool as they stayed switched on till the very end as the blues continue to stray away from the pack following another previous draw at Everton..
