Tuesday – The Uganda Cup fifth round brings 16 teams a step closer to the final at Akii Bua Stadium with Premier League, Big League and Regional League sides doing battle.

The draw set up some compelling matchups with defending Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC traveling to face Wakiso Giants FC, while Police FC will host Ndejje University in what is one of the two all-Big League fixtures of the round.

Otherwise, the draw has set up battles between the top-flight Premier League and the lower leagues, with three lower-league teams guaranteed to reach the quarterfinals: Police FC, Ndejje University, Kitara FC, Calvary FC, Adjumani Town Council FC or Bunyaruguru United FC.

Of course, defending Uganda Cup holders Bul FC will replay their match with SC Villa and the winner shall take on Onduparaka FC.

The Round of 16 matches will be played between 11th March – 17th March 2023.
