NEC FC earn promotion to the Uganda Premier League

NEC FC have clinched promotion to the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

NEC beat Kataka FC 4-1 in a dramatic match on Thursday to reach the top flight for the first time on first attempt.

Kiberu Tonny (1), skipper Kavuma (1) and Julius Walugembe (2) we’re on the score sheet for the new Premier League entrants.

NEC FC now join Kitara FC and Mbarara City FC as the three teams that will play in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League next season.
