Saidi Mayanja transfer confirmed as KCCA FC complete third signing

Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club (KCCA FC) have confirmed the signing of former Edgar’s FC and Mydel Academy player Saidi Mayanja.

The Kasasiro Boys have already unveiled both Moses Waiswa and fellow teenager Faisal Wabyoona, with Mayanja now becoming their third official signing of the transfer window. The talented midfielder put pen to paper on a five-year deal.

Said Mayanja: “I am overjoyed to sign for KCCA FC. When the Manager told me he wants to work with me, i just could not hesistate. This is a very big club and I could not resist the opportunity to play for it. I know the competition here is pretty stiff since i have been training with club for a while but I am ready for it. I am here to compete just like all other players in the squad.” via KCCA Media.

Mayanja is a first year student at Kampala University, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Art and Design.
