SC Villa to observe one-minute silence to honour late Sam Timbe in Super 8 clash with KCCA FC

Sports Club Villa will on Friday, evening during the club’s Super 8 semi-final encounter with KCCA FC, observe a one-minute silence to honour the passage of former Villa coach Sa Timbe.

The Federation of Uganda Football Associations [FUFA] revealed this in a statement on Thursday evening.

The statement read: “A minute of silence will observed before kickoff of the FUFA Super8 match between KCCA FC and URA FC on Friday 25th August 2023 in honour of departed coach Sam Timbe.

“The match will be hosted at the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.”
