She Corporates and Kampala Queens are joint table leaders on 38 points and will face off in the final game of FWSL at MUBS - Nakawa this Friday . The winner will be crowned champions of the Women's top-tier League.

She Corporates and Kampala Queens in Final Day Show Down For Glory

FUFA Women’s Super League – The Women’s top-tier League will come to a close on Friday 20th May 2022 as Kampala Queens take on She Corporates at Makerere University Business School Play Grounds – Nakawa. The game kicks off at 3:00 pm.

Table leaders She Corporates and second-placed placed Kampala Queens will be in a final day showdown to decide who lifts this year’s edition of FUFA Women’s Super League.

Both sides have only lost once this season. She Corporates endured their only loss at the hands of Lady Doves FC, losing 5-0 at Katusabe Stadium in Masindi. Last season’s top scorer and MVP Fazila Ikwaput lead the destruction, scoring a hat-trick before Dorcus Kwikiriza and Norah Alupo added a goal each.

The two sides are tied on 38 points, but She Corporates have a slim advantage in goal tally. The table leaders have 13 goals compared to Kampala Queens’ 12 goals.

Lady Doves’ Fazila Ikwaput is on the lead to win this year’s top scorers accolade. The forward has scored 14 goals in 17 games for his side. Nassuna Hasifa of UCU Lady Canons has 12 goals. Meanwhile, Nambatya Favor and Grace Aluka have 10 and 9 goals for She Corporates and Olila High School WFC respectively.

FC Tooro Queens and She Maroons FC have already been relegated to the FUFA Women’s Elite League. The two sides only won 2 out of 17 games in the top tier.

She Corporates’ custodian Daphine Nyayenga has kept 10 clean sheets in 15 FUFA Women’s Super League games. She’s the first goalkeeper to record a double-figure of clean sheets this season.
