Every Rugby fan in Uganda can agree that the wait for some local competitive rugby action has been a little too long, but not anymore.

After a no show by The Kenya Simbas for the 2022 edition of the Elgon Cup, and a late cancellation of the Victoria Cup by the Zimbabwe Rugby Union, Uganda rugby fans felt slapped in the face by old allies in the development of rugby in the region.
