And so it begins again.

The new Uganda Premier League season kicks off on Friday with record 16 league champions SC VIlla taking on newly promoted Kitara FC and FUFA Super 8 winners Bul FC taking to the field against Soltilo Bright Stars FC.

Elsewhere, new entrants NEC FC will make a short trip to the West to take on Mbarara City FC.
