Vipers SC complete signing of Ivorian forward

Monday – StarTimes Uganda Premier League defending champions Vipers SC have completed the signing of Ivorian forward Ahmed Desire Titty from Tunisian top-tier outfit EO Sidi Bouzid.

The 24-year old has signed a two-year contract with the Venoms.

“I’m happy to join Vipers Sports Club. I’m here to score goals and win games,” said Titty.

Ivorian Titty becomes the latest player to make a switch to St. Mary’s in the January transfer window. Karim Ndugwa, Martin Kizza and Congolese midfielder Serge Robert Mwenge are the other three incomings at Vipers.

New head coach Beto Bianchi and his assistant Roberto Martinez will have a great deal of options up front with the likes of Cromwel Rwothomio, Yunus Sentamu, Darcy Mbaka Kipoyi, and Karim Ndugwa all at his disposal.

Titty has featured for a number of top clubs in Africa, Asia and Europe.

He previously featured for Kuwait sides Al-Sulaibikhat, Al-Sahel (2019/20), Al-Jahra SC (2020/21) and Al-Shabab in the 2021/22 season.
