Western Uganda Rugby League Finals: Rivals ,Mbarara Titans and Tooro Lions meet again!

After Kabale Silverbacks failing to show up in Fort Portal for their semi final playoff against the Tooro Lions,the Tooro lions emerged as winners 22:00 and are set to battle it out with the defending champions Mbarara Titans who had a 29:08 win against the MUSTangs in the Mbarara Derby.

With tries from Brain Katrico, Nahurira Joseph(2),Habasa Paul seemed the blue lads from the land of milk and honey are more hungry for points and wins this year.

The two sides (Mbarara Titans and Tooro Lions) last met in the last year’s Core Status Qualifiers at Wakuluku stadium, the match ended 05:05 and are locked in for a final whose date is yet to be confirmed.

Mbarara Titans looking a better side on the head to stat comparison, could we see them dominating the final? The winner progresses to the national play offs with a chance to qualify for rugby top flight.
