Burkina Faso 2-2 Uganda

Morocco 1-0 Senegal

It was a misplaced duel between Etalons Dames Burkinabé and Uganda’s Crested Cranes, the winner of which should have had a chance of finishing in the top three thirds of the group stages. After just eight minutes, Margret Kunihira opened the scoring for the East African country.

A red card from Madinatou Rouamba (17th) did not help the West Africans. But Adama Congo (35th) managed to give a glimmer of hope to Burkina Faso, thanks to an achievement on an impressive individual gesture literate with incredible dribbling.

Her goal was barely celebrated when Sandra Nabweteme (38th) doubled Uganda’s lead. Three minutes later, Burkina Faso reacted again with another equalizer by Naomi Adèle Kabré.

The game was very interesting, but in the second half, neither country managed to find the net. With one point each after 3 games, both teams have low chances of qualifying for the quarter-finals of the competition.
