TP Mazembe, Young Africans and Marumo Gallants advance to CAF Confederation Cup group stages.

Marumo Gallants (South Africa) qualified to the group stages after beating Libya’s Al Ahly Tripoli 3-1 on aggregate.

Goals from Mpambaniso M, Ngema C and Chivaviro R in the second leg say the South African team advance to the next stage.

TP Mazembe (DRC) beat South African team, Royal AM 3-0 on aggregate yesterday qualify for the group stages.

Mazembe lost to Vipers SC (Uganda) in the CAF Champions League qualifiers thus playing in the Confederation Cup qualifiers.

Bossu A scored the only goal in the second leg against Royal AM.

Club Africian (Tunisia) lost a spot in the group stages after losing to Tanzania’s Young Africans. They lost 1-0 on aggregate.

Aziz Ki’s goal in the 79th minute sent Yanga to the group stages.

Morocco’s Berkane lose out on the group stages after failing to beat Tunisia’ Monastir. Monastir won on aggregate 1-0. Thanks to Boutiche’s goal in the first leg.

Others teams that qualified to the group stages include; Kara (Togo), St Eloi Lupopo (DRC), Diables Noirs (Republic the Congo), Al Akhdar (Libya), Future FC (Egypt), Real Bamako (Mali), ASEC Mimosas (Ivory Coast), Pyramids (Egypt), USM ALger (Algeria), Motema Pembe (DRC), River United (Nigeria), Monastir (Tunisia) and FAR Rabat (Morocco).
