Uganda Cup: Bul FC Set Up Consecutive Final Against Vipers SC
Bul FC booked their place in the finals of the 48th edition of Stanbic Uganda Cup after a 1-0 win against Booma FC in the semifinal return leg at the Kyanzinga Stadium in Jinja.
The Jinja Buls won the first fixture 5-1 at Masindi Municipal Stadium last week.
Karim Ndugwa scored the only goal for the hosts in the 9th minute. The forward is currently the top scorer in the Cup Tournament (7 goals).
Vipers SC have already secured their place in the finals of this year’s Stanbic Uganda Cup. The Venoms eliminated Mbarara City FC 6-1 on aggregate after winning the return leg 4-0 at St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende on Tuesday, 17 May 2022.
BUL FC and Vipers will meet for a second consecutive final. In the previous finals of the Uganda Cup, the Venoms embarrassed the Jinja-based side 8-1 at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.
